Then there were two! 3-8-2021

Hello everyone!

There wasn't anything too exciting this week, we had a lot of people that we were teaching either disappear or tell us they don't want to meet anymore. So that's been a little bit hard. The family that we met with last Sunday where I played guitar told us they are not interested in the church. And the only people that we're really teaching now is Joe and Maida.
Maida is doing really well, we met virtually this week and she seemed to have recovered pretty well from Covid. And she was able to watch a baptism this Saturday in Cheboygan and church. She talked about how strong she felt the spirit during both. Its It's really amazing the technology we have and the fact that we can feel the spirit no matter where we are is so amazing! Joe hasn't been doing as well, we didn't get to meet with him this week and he didn't come to church.
We also had the Elders from Grayling and Houghton Lake come over to have trade-offs with the Zone leaders. We were able to go on a walk with the Grayling Elders and see the graffiti wall updated. And when Houghton Lake came we spent a lot of time making an Indiana Jones parody video. And it was really nice to talk to Elder Crookston again.
Today we went down to Manistee to have district P-day! We hung out on the beach for a bit and then played some basketball and got some Wendy's. So yeah, it was a bit of a rough week, but that's alright! Have a great week all of you! You're great!
